SA-93-0022 OF PAT FISHER <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is a wholesale nursery and landscape service on one <br /> acre of an 18-acre parcel. This site is located on the west side <br /> of Des Moines Road, 1900 feet north of Acampo Road, north of <br /> Acampo. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and offers <br /> the fallowing comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) <br /> all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i <br /> Development Services <br /> a. This approval is for a one acre wholesale nursery and <br /> landscape service as shown on the site plan submitted April <br /> 30, 1993 . The "Future Homesite" shown on the site plan is not <br /> part of this approval. <br /> 1 <br /> r <br /> b. Nine (9) parking spaces are required including one space for <br /> the physically handicapped.
