Stockton, California 95205 ��jL�t�� Subject: Application Referral 'Number SA--93--22 Applicant: Mr Pat Fisher - - i Project Description: A Site Approval Application for a Wholesale nursery and Landscape Service Objections to Application Approval: i As owners/occupants of the private home adjacent to the property in question we wish to voice our adamant objections to this use permit application. Mr Fisher has operated a gardening service from this same location for two plus years. During this period his pick up trucks and trailers have dumped on the property, on a daily basis, the waste materials from the landscaping bus- iness: grass clippings, tree trimmings, broken stakes etc. . As you can see from the attached photos there is now a sizeable quantity of debris. An u employee from the Office of San Joaquin County of Public Health Service, Evnironmental Health Division, visited the site and informed us last year this dumping was illegal and that Hr Fisher would be told to cease trucking in the garbage. We were also told that Mr Fisher would be required to remove that which � has accumulated. The existing well on the property is a fifteen horsepower agricultural well, designed to irrigate a twenty acre vine,,ard, but not for supplying water for a small business. To our knowledge the well has not been operated C since Mr Fisher purchased the property. Currently, ',I1r Fisher's only source � of water is a hose line from our well. It is .TQ to provide this nater. The employees of this business congregate very early every morning and every evening and show no regard for the surrounding property owners. The proximity of our home to smelly piles of gardening wastes, mounds of plastic trays, broken stakes, pipes, innumerable beer cans, portable toilet, miscellaneous debris, and noisy workers, is not what we had envisioned when we purchased our home three years ago.
