These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> k A qualified environmental professional ohe|| prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> neport, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by peat <br /> or current land uses- The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> rnoteho|a, including agricultural chemical neaidues, as well as potential point uuuroes, such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic syatemn, or chemical storage areas. The report uhoU be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of o tentative nnop (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Tb|e, Section 9-905.12). <br /> Note: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated October 11, 2013 and it has <br /> been approved. <br /> B A Soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the naoonjadon of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9'11052 (d)). A review fee of $250 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Deportment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel.
