Depth to the hardpan is a limitation in some r <br /> P P areas. <br /> State Records <br /> ! The SWQCB list and Department of Toxic Substances List were checked on 1/05/2005, via the <br /> Internet, for any listing in the study area and none were found. <br /> SJ County Ag Commissioner <br /> The report from the Commissioner's office shows no permits of record for chemical use at the site <br /> during the last 5 years. <br /> r Other Reviews <br /> ' The Planning Department of SJC furnished an aerial photograph which clearly shows the <br /> residenceool house <br /> p ,pump , grape vineyard and pasture. A large metal container has been <br /> located on the parcel for storage. The photographs taken on 2-1-05 show the well,pool and <br /> views north and south of the site. The Peters area to the east consists of SFR's, one Church and <br /> no manufacturing/industrial activity in the study area. Approximately 50 residences exist is the <br /> study area. The Stockton East Water District pipeline runs east to west north of the site along the <br /> old RR bed. The nearest County Dump is located at 825 S. Hewitt Road, beyond the study area <br /> and is shown on the State Solid Waste Information System, Facility/Site Listing. The Assessor <br /> n Parcel Map 105-22 (included) shows some of the residential development in the Peters area. <br /> I- <br /> Map,Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater <br /> The SJC Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Spring `99)published map curves show M <br /> approximately 125'to static water. The flow is southwesterly. <br /> There are no Recordable Environmental Conditions evident at the time of this study. A gravel pit <br /> shows on the topo map easterly of the site. It is out of the %mile study area. <br /> Utilities <br /> Community water and sewer service is not available. <br /> EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED <br /> ' AT OR NEAR THE SITE AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION <br /> There are no known sources of contamination identified which constitute a Recognized <br /> Environmental Condition. The target property was not listed in any of the documents reviewed. C <br /> No surrounding sites within the study area were listed.
