Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Suddivision Map Act Section 66411:1) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A Soil Suitability Study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title Section 10100) . <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> parcel #1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on <br /> parcel #1 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) . <br /> 3 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499. 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
