e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. All liquid and solid dairy wastes from this operation are to be retained on the premises so as not to <br />cause a nuisance or a health problem. The numberof dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amountthatwould preclude good waste <br />management practices. The applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board (CVRWQCB) regarding filing a Waste Management Report to be approved by <br />CVRWQCB and the Environmental Health Division.
