The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $555 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing in the Escalon <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. The fee currently is $159 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as <br /> Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and <br /> R-97-5) <br /> 5.
