San Joaquin County has determined that such inconveniencies <br /> or discomforts shall not be considered to be a nuisance. <br /> C. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following-lot size andwidth regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> 1) Parcels 1 through 9, and Designated Remainder shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, <br /> measured at the front yard setback line.
