Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative <br /> Declaration were not available when I went to the San Joaquin County Community DD <br /> evelopment epartment <br /> on June 25,2018. I was able to obtain a copy of the Application for Minor Subdivision that was prepared for <br /> Raiser Ranch,LLC and signed by one of the property's legal owner Kiran Preet Nijj ar_ <br /> The property is current used far agriculture as shown in the FEMA aerial map below. <br /> 4. I was unable to locate any <br /> permits for this property in the public Environmental Health database. <br /> Additional environmental review is needed to assess the impact on water resources that this subdivision may <br /> have and potential for further subdivision and the loss of open space agriculture. One of the 2035 General Plan <br /> main themes,includes preserving agricultural farmland and open space areas outside of existing adopted city <br /> spheres of influence.
