PP g P P ( <br /> fool, minimum of 40 acres) at 207 East Durham Ferry Road,Tracy(APN: 255-270-07). <br /> MANTECA, <br /> RIPON• CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REVIEW <br /> STOCKTON. <br /> TRACY. <br /> AND SJCOG adopted the 2018 Update to the Regional Congestion Management Program (RCMP) <br /> THE COUNTY OF (htto://www.sicog.org/rcmp) on April 26, 2018. Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> SAN JOACUIN Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis <br /> methods, impact significance criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project does not meet Tier 2 threshold;thus,no further information <br /> is required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within New Jerusalem Airport's Runway Protection Zone (RPZ), Inner <br /> Approach Departure Zone (IADZ), Inner Turning Zone (ITZ), Outer Approach Departure Zone <br /> (OADZ),Traffic Pattern Zone (TPZ), and Airport Influence Area (AIA). Further review reveals this <br /> project is compatible with the 2018 San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan <br /> (ALUCP) (https-//www.slcog.org/ALUC). <br /> SJCOG recommends the applicant review the 2018 San Joaquin County ALUCP's Safety Criteria <br /> Matrix and Noise Compatibility Criteria / Map (Appendix B) for future projects. Specific <br /> development projects and/or uses may be prohibited and/or have recommended conditions of <br /> approval.Additional criteria may limit the intensity, consumed open space, and dwelling units per <br /> acre. <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the Airport <br /> Land Use Compatibility Plan (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC) as a reference guide. Note: <br /> Jurisdictions determine if the following standards and conditions apply to this project. <br /> 1. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to <br /> aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area.
