(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Carl Navarra APN: 253-250-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Durham Ferry Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. <br /> The Trac Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-1 a, F-1 b and F-1 c and the Tracy Rural Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit.
