Bird Road, Tracy) <br /> ACTION: On November 7, 1996, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved a Revisions <br /> of Approved Actions application for OX-91-5 subject to a revision of Condition No. 2.c., as follows: <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> C. Blewett Road shall be reconstructed in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot-wide <br /> right-of-way rural road from Bird Road to the north main entrance. Bird Road shall be <br /> reconstructed in conformance with the standards for a 60-foot-wide right-of-way rural road <br /> from the west main entrance to Blewett Road and for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural <br /> road from Blewett Road to State Route 132 Improvement Plans and Specifications shall <br /> be prepared by a registered Civil Engineer and submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval. Phasing of pavement section and widening will be allowed as <br /> approved by the Department of Public Works. A Traffic Index of 8.5 for inbound and 10.5 <br /> for outbound lanes 43 shall be used for initial road design purposes and shall be <br /> ungraded to an ultimate Traffic Index of 9.5 for inbound and 11.5 for outbound lanes as <br /> aocroved by the De artment of Public Works and as -designated by the Road <br /> Maintenance Agreement required by Condition No. 2f. <br /> In addition, the other original Conditions of Approval still apply to this project.
