(DISTRICT 3) . <br /> APPLICANT: Calaveras Materials APN: 092-020-14 <br /> INFORMATION: ' <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Eight Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 134+ feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The relocated driveway approach shall be improved in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior <br /> to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> I <br /> E 3 .
