x <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such fight shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width, in accordance with the Specific Road Plan for Eight Mile Road, shall be <br /> installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.8) <br /> 2. All areas not used for building, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> 3. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> 4. The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Fifteen (15) trees shall be planted and <br /> evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A five foot planting strip is required in the <br /> parking lot along the east and west property lines adjacent to the parking spaces. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one <br /> hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked <br /> higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan: <br /> 1. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The <br /> design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> 2. Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty five (65) <br />
