Weber Ave., Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
RE: Sewage Disposal for the Reserves at Spanos Park
Project No. 9891
Dear Mike:
Numerous percolation tests were performed by Kleinfelder at the Reserves in an effort to
determine an acceptable disposal area. The preferred area is the agricultural land southwest of
the proposed clubhouse. Ron Heinzen has recommended a method of preparing the disposal
site prior to performing the final percolation tests (see attached December 4, 1998 letter).
I recommend the proposed site preparation and testing be completed next spring when the soils
conditions are more favorable. Once I have the test results I will design a sewage disposal
system incorporating design criteria acceptable to both you and I.
My client, A.G. Spanos Land Company, would like to proceed with the clubhouse
construction immediately. They understand that a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued
until you, Ron Heinzen and.l agree the proposed sewage disposal system is 1100% complete.
I trust the foregoing information will allow you to evaluate our proposal and give it a favorable
recommendation. Please contact me with your comments.
Sincerely,
AA7
Cecil Dillon'`
CD/cg -
cc: Mr. Scott Sullivan
Mr. Barry Ruhl
Mr. Ron Heinzen
