Weber
Stockton, CA 95202
RE: Proposed Tournament Pavilion of the Reserve
at Spanos Park, Project No. 9891
Dear Mike:
As I previously discussed the temporary tent at the Reserve at Spanos Park is being
removed and replaced with the tournament pavilion. The new pavilion will be
approximately 4000 square feet and include a meeting room, men's and women's
restrooms and a food prep and storage area. The food prep area will have two sinks and
will not include any cooking facilities.
The existing septic system was designed for an average daily sewage flow of 7,380-- ,
gallons. The actual average daily sewage flow since June 11, 1999 to August 29,_2001
is 1,948 gallons. When the temporary tent was in use the occupants used the clubhouse_
+ restrooms. The new pavilion will have restrooms which will eliminate the use of the
j clubhouse restrooms. The net increase in daily sewage flows will be insignificant.
A small service lift station will be installed adjacent to the pavilion. The sewage will-be
pumped to the existing septic system. The enclosed improvement plans show the pavilion,
sewer lift station and the existing septic system.
Please contact me to coordinate submitting these plans for the building permit submittal.
Sincerely,
Cecil Dillon
CD/cg
Enc.
cc: Scott Sullivan, Spanos
Ron Heinzen, Kleinfelder, Inc.
