} 1 h (4) Each truck parking space shall be a minimum of twenty-five(25)feet in length and fifteen(15)feet in width. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Pian: (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two- way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- 1015.5[h]) f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development i Title. (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor , storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All outside storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights- of-way. Screening shall be six(6)to seven(7)feet in height.Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) h. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: (1) Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or recessed a minimum of ten (10)feet from the property fine unless there are at least sixteen(16) feet between the property line and the edge of the traveled roadway, in which case the setback requirement is waived. (2) All fencing shall comply with DevelopmentCode Section 9-1022. i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which may be a free-standing sign, shall be permitted for the approved use. Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. j. TREE PRESERVATION: The project shall comply with the following: (1) Future development on the parcel shall be consistent with the requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance(Development Title Section 9-1505).
