ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Pian: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two- <br /> way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development i <br /> Title. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor , <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a <br /> ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All outside storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights- <br /> of-way. Screening shall be six(6)to seven(7)feet in height.Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> h. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or recessed a <br /> minimum of ten (10)feet from the property fine unless there are at least sixteen(16) <br /> feet between the property line and the edge of the traveled roadway, in which case <br /> the setback requirement is waived. <br /> (2) All fencing shall comply with DevelopmentCode Section 9-1022. <br /> i. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which may be a free-standing <br /> sign, shall be permitted for the approved use. Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter <br /> 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. <br /> j.
