(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: Edgar Petrig APN: 213-180-23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 22 feet NGVD. <br /> El Rancho Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I.
