PUBLIC NEARING OPENED PROPONENTS: Mike Erceg was present for this hearing. He said the proposal is for a trucking operation. He further said he understood there is a high--water problem on the property. He spoke about traffic and said that this type of use will create less traffic than Highway-Service commercial. uses ( fast food F restaurant, motel , etc. ) .
