10-23-19 The Locke House Facility Expansion <br /> Description of Proposed Project <br /> This will be a phased project. Phase I will include the conversion of an existing storage <br /> building into a community assembly building. This building is a historical building on <br /> the national registry. It is a two story building where the ground floor is 2546 Sf. And <br /> the second floor is 391 SF. This building was originally used as for community <br /> assembly as documented in the National Register of Historic Places. It was used as an <br /> armory by the Mokelumne Light Brigade during the civil war, and later used as a <br /> meeting hall by The Sons of Temperance, and the Congregationalist Church. Refer to <br /> National Register# 72000252. Phase I to begin in the spring of 2020. <br /> Phase II will include the construction of the parking area at the South East of the Inn. <br /> This phase to begin within 5 years. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
