'ry Whom it May Concern, This letter responds to your request to the Lockeford Community Services District("District") for a will-serve letter for the parcel with stand alone bathroom(the"Project").Please note that any change to the Project will require a review by the District and a reissue of a new will serve letter. As of the date of this letter,the District has sufficient sewer capacity available for the proposed project.To permit the District to make a firm sewer service commitment to the Project the project owner will be required at their sole cost to construct and install all necessary on-and off-site improvements and comply with all applicable District ordinances,resolutions,rules,regulations,and policies,and state and other local laws,including Ordinance 13-02& 16-01. Firm service commitments by the District to parcels requiring an extension of District facilities are provided only by a facilities extension agreement negotiated between the District and die applicant. Service extensions,new service connections and service to the Project would be subject to then-applicable District ordinances,resolutions,rules,regulations,policies,and fees and charges. This letter is only a statement of the District's capacity conditions and ability to serve the Project as of the date set forth above, is specific to the Project,and is issued solely for the benefit of[Dean Thayer].This letter may not be transferred or assigned to any other party(e.g.,landowner or developer),property or project without the District's prior written consent.This letter is not a contract:offer to contract,or binding commitment to provide water service or to reserve capacity to or for the Project.. The District disclaims any duty to advise you about changed circumstances, new information or other changes that could alter or affect the statement of conditions in this letter.This letter will remain in effect for a period of 3 years from the date set forth above and will thereafter expire.
