This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. This can be up to a 90- <br /> day process and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as <br /> possible. It is also recommended that the project applicant obtain an information package. <br /> 5. SJ VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff contact: Michael Corder, [559] 230-5818) <br /> a. The proposed project is subject to District Rule 9510 and the applicant is required to submit an <br /> Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than applying for final <br /> discretionary approval, and to pay any applicable off-site mitigation fees. <br /> b. The proposed project may require District permits. Prior to the start of construction the project <br /> proponent should contact the District's Small Business Assistance Office at (550) 230-5888 to <br /> determine if an Authority to Construct(ATC) is required. <br /> c.
