SEIBEL <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1600214 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on October 13, 2016 , which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> April 14, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall b <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2.
