The <br /> slaughterhouse is to be located approximate 600 feet north of the southern property line of the 240+ acre <br /> parcel. It is anticipated that between 2 to 6 animals will be slaughtered per day,with the higher range of 6 not <br /> expected to be slaughtered until sometime in the future. The animals anticipated to be slaughtered include <br /> cattle, hogs, and goats, in addition to the above, a separate independent aspect of this Use Permit is for the <br /> keeping and raising of the following animals: (a) 12 adult pot belly pigs; (b)40 doves;©8 pheasants;(d) 10 <br /> cornish game hens; (e)69 ducks; (f)90 chickens;and (g)23 ostriches. <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The property is located on the east side of Elliott Road, 1 mile north of Liberty Road, <br /> north of Lockeford (APN/Address: 007-190-07;28600 N. Elliott Road, Galt)(SupervisorialDistrict4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of <br /> the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit <br /> them to the Community Development Department no later than April 7, 1999.
