Derickson APN: 229-080-45 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Escalon-Bellota Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Dedication to result in a 55-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Escalon Bellota Road to the property <br /> line shall <br /> be required along the frontage of APN 229-080-45. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> i development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> i building permit application. (The fee currently is $1,804. 00 <br /> -- per 1', 000 'gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" in the <br /> Escalon area.
