This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. John Sanguinetti had <br /> owned the subject parcel for 10' years. The property was sold to the'current owner, Foothill <br /> Resource Partners, LLC in September, 2008. <br /> r, Presently the property includes grazing land. The surrounding properties to the north, south, <br /> west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> �f <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 17, 2008 (see <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on June 10, 2008 by Shaun Mackey of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on June 4, 2008, by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings.
