The project is a Major Subdivision application to <br /> subdivide a 21.1 acre parcel into 61 residential lots, each of which will contain 3-7 condominium units (see <br /> Figure 2). Of these residential parcels, nine will contain 3-plexes, 12 will contain 4-plexes, 22 will contain 5- <br /> plexes, 8 will contain 6-plexes, and 7 will contain 7-plexes.
