Site Data <br /> Throughout this ESA the following terms are used accordingly: <br /> ' g � Y: <br /> a The "Development" refers to the Mountain House Community Project, <br /> approximately 2 miles north of Interstate 205, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> a The "Site" refers to a 21.2-acre of land located at the southwest comer of Central <br /> Parkway and the future De Anza Boulevard within the Development. <br /> a "Site vicinity" refers to the area within approximately th-mile radius of the Site; and, <br /> ` a the term "hazardous" is used here in general accordance with its usage in Title 22, <br /> Division 4.5, Chapter 10, California Code of Regulations (CCR). The terms <br /> "hazardous materials" and "hazardous waste" are used interchangeably, and no <br /> legal distinction is implied between the two terms as used herein. <br /> B. Previous Site Characteristics and His <br /> Available reports, maps, and aerial photographs were reviewed in order to determine <br /> the previous property characteristics and identify any outstanding features that could <br /> have adversely impacted the property.
