Dear Mr. Funderburg: <br /> Thank you for submitting notice to the Department of Conservation (Department) as <br /> 1 ': required by Government Code section 51284.1 for the above referenced matter. <br /> The applicant, Cortopassi Farms, Inc., submitted a petition requesting partial <br /> cancellation of their Williamson Act contract for the purpose of retaining a homesite. <br /> The petition affects approximately 1.44 acres of a parcel containing approximately 11.24 <br /> agricultural acres (APN 063-110-15), located at 10663 N. State Route 88 Highway, on <br /> the west side of State Route 88 Highway, 2,500 feet north of Eight Mile Road, northeast <br /> of Stockton, CA.
