APN: 063-100-15 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Live Oak Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet west of State <br /> Route 68 and 60 feet east of State Route 88 and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet west of State Route 88 and 60 feet east of State Route 88 . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. The Parcel Map requirement is waived.
