The business will have 30 days to complete <br /> the HMMP once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> The project description indicates that a cold storage facilidy will be constructed. If the cold storage <br /> unit will contain anhydrous ammonia equal to or greater than 500 pounds,then the business will be <br /> required to complete a Risk Management Plan prior to operation of the cold storage unit. <br /> Enclosed is a Hazardous Materials Survey Form.
