The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant <br /> public health problems. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed parcels will be served by <br /> public water and sewer services through the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District and will be served through County Service Area 45 for public <br /> stormwater services. <br /> 7.
