The Department of Pubifc <br /> Works has deemed acceptable the conditional"will serve letter provided by <br /> the L. cekford Community Services District stating that public sew.'er,and. <br /> water services will be provided to the proposed subdivision'lThere are n;o <br /> applicable Specific Plans or Special Purpose•Plans: <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • This finding can be made because the parcels' lot size-and'width satisfy the <br /> minimum lot size,width,and setback requirements forparcels.in the.R-L <br /> zone and Policy 2 of General Plan Policies specific to Lockeford in Volume-11, <br /> pg.VI-15. In addition,the project site is relatively level. <br /> i <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> + This finding can be made because the Tentative Map is consistent with the. <br /> General Plan density requirements of 2-6 dwelling units per gross acre in the <br /> RIL General Plan designation. The parcels are suitable for proposed public <br /> sewer,water,and stormwater services. <br /> l <br /> 5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or <br /> their habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project <br /> did not identify any known rare or endangered species or habitats or other <br /> substantial environmental adverse effects. <br /> 6. The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant <br /> public health problems. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed parcels will be served by <br /> public water and sewer services through the Lockeford Community Services <br /> District and will be served through County Service Area 45 for public <br /> stormwater services. <br /> 7.
