EAIGEO <br /> �i INCORPORATED <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> a <br /> 'The Property is located south of East Highw�y 88 in San Joaquin County, California (Figure 1). <br /> 'The approximately 21-acre Property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) 019-110 <br /> 20, 019-110-26, 19-110-43 019-110-44 (F' ure 2) and currently consists of bare, tilled soil <br /> covered in sic ttered saplings om ardtdebris. <br /> �1.1 Executive Summary of Conclusions <br /> The conclusions presented at the end of this report discuss that one Recognized Environmental <br /> Conditions (RECs) were identified within the Property. One other item of information regarding <br /> features that may require general cleanup or demolition in preparation of a changed land use is <br /> f identified within the Property. We have provided recommended action items that should be <br /> included in the future work to address the features described in the Other Information section this <br /> report. The following sections are presented to assist the reader in evaluating our findings and <br /> recommendations. <br /> ENGEO Incorporated has performed a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment for the <br /> Property in general conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM 1527-00 and our <br /> Fj Proposal, dated July 27, 2005. <br /> 1.1.1 Recognized Environmental Conditions <br /> e observed one RECs connected with past use of the Property and one REC connected with <br /> the past use of a neighboring property.
