INCORPORATED
1/1.1.2 Other Information
i
We reviewed regulatory databases and made visual observations during our site visit. Based
on these data we present information on features that were either contained in the databases
or observed on the Property. These features were not considered to be RECs. We briefly
discuss each feature to allow for a summary of conditions within and neighboring the
Property.
GI• We noted scattered debris within the Property to include paper and plastic household
garbage, three rubber vehicle tires, and metal and wood debris. Along the west and north
t Property boundaries, we noted several discarded items and personal belongings placed on
the edges of the Property by the neighboring residents. These items included an empty
55-gallon, metal drum, a freezer, a heating and air conditioning unit, a metal trailer for
hauling a boat or other type of equipment, a basketball hoop, an abandoned blue Datsun
pickup truck, and a parked truck with an attached horse trailer. No staining or stressed
vegetation was noted around these items. The discarded and stored items are not
concluded to be RECs based on the assumption that the Property owner would provide
for proper disposal of the materials and their contents. We recommend that the stored
items and the debris be collected for appropriate disposal. If during the collection of the
` equipment and debris, soil staining or potential hazardous materials are encountered, we
recommend that ENGEO be contacted so that further assessment may be completed.
plO PURPOSE AND SCOPE
2.1 Pu osc of Phase One Environmental Site Assessment
The purpose of this Phase One Environmental Site Assessment is to identify recognized
environmental conditions associated with the Property.
