Pacific Bell 114 mi SW of the Property F We researched each of the mapped sites, as well as the Listed Orphan sites in the Geo Tracker Database maintained by the State Water Resources Control Board. We found that F1most of the sites are listed as Case Closed or have no recorded violations. The Martin's Gas Mart is listed as a site that has historically consisted as a gas station with underground tanks. No violations are listed for this site. The Town and Country Chevron(Former) Orphan Site could not be found in the database. The Cal-Trans Orphan Site, which is a UST site, could not be found in the database. And the Pacific Bell Orphan Site, which is a small quantity generator site,could not be found in the database. ' The only pp p mapped site that is listed as open is the Jackpot Food Mart. This site is located F11 adjacent to the north side of the Property, at 14,000 East Highway 88. Currently there is a Shell Gas Station at this address. The site status is listed as undergoing a remediation plan. The site has leaked gasoline from an underground tank, and has affected the drinking water aquifer. MTBE has been detected in the aquifer. There are ten monitoring wells installed at the site for monitoring. The depth to water is recorded at between 70 and 93 feet below ground surface. The lead agency for the site is someone with the initials HAR at San Joaquin County.
