Next Step When the applicant is ready to submit a full application for a Major Subdivision, it will be necessary to do the following: • Submit seven copies of a completed Major Subdivision application form. • Submit seven copies (18" X 26") of the tentative map and two reduced copies (8 MY'X 11") of the tentative map. • Submit a Geotechnical Report. • Submit a Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report to the Environmental Health Department. Submit a receipt to the Community Development Department showing the study has been accepted by EHD. • Submit the remaining portion of the Major Subdivision application fee. • Submit a copy of the noise study. • Complete the annexation to the Lockeford CSD for services to the project site. • Submit an application for a Zone Reclassification for the property zoned AU-20 and receive approval from the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.
