Jeff <br /> Woods,the project applicant, Jack Kautz, Bob Marty, Bruce Baracco, Executive Officer <br /> of the Local Agency Formation Commission, and Gary Gordon, Director of the <br /> Lockeford Community Services District spoke in favor of the project.
