The first part is a Zone Reclassification application to change the <br /> zoning of two parcels (APN 019-110-12, 25) totaling 18.97 acres from AU-20 (Agriculture Urban <br /> Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to R-L (Low Density Residential). The second part is a Major <br /> Subdivision application, which includes APN 019-110-12 and two other parcels (APN 019-110-20, <br /> 26) for a total of.41.9 acres.
