COMMON AREAS: Common areas shall either be maintained through an agreement with <br /> the Lockeford Community Services District or through a Homeowners or Property Owners <br /> Association. <br /> d. RECIPROCAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT: Prior to approval of the Final Map; the <br /> Reciprocal Exchange/Easement and Property Agreement must be recorded. <br /> e. TREE PRESERVATION: Future development on the parcels shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance: <br /> (1) The following note shall be placed on the Final Map and also shall be recorded as a <br /> separate instrument: <br /> A. The removal of a Native Oak Tree, Heritage Oak Tree, or Historical Tree shall <br /> require an approved Improvement Plan application. Replacement of any tree <br /> removed under Development Title Section 9-1505.3 shall be as specified in <br /> Section 9-1505.4, <br /> B. If the tree is to remain, development constraints shall be noted on the subdivision <br /> plans, consistent with Section 1505.5 of the Development Title. <br /> f.
