PA-0500509 AND ZONE <br /> RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. PA-0500844 OF �CLi SI, <br /> -DONALD-(C/0 BLACK MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT)(AP ,019-X110-12, <br /> 20, and 26)(1-4 00 EAST STATE ROUTE 88, LOCKEFORD) <br /> The applican -has-subitted the above referenced Major Subdivision application to <br /> subdivide three parcels totaling 41.9 acres into 159 residential lots averaging 8,000 <br /> square feet each, and a Zone Reclassification application to change approximately 19.0 <br /> acres from AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20-acre minimum) to R-L (Low Density <br /> Residential). <br /> The properties have a General Plan designation of RIL (Low Density Residential) and <br /> are zoned R-L (Low Density Residential) and AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20 <br /> acre minimum). The subdivision is contingent upon approval of the Zone Reclassification <br /> application by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> J . . <br /> The project site is located on the south side of State Route 88 and 500 feet east of <br /> Sierra Drive, northeast of Lodi in Lockeford. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the project and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> Background <br /> On July 27, 1993, the Board of Supervisors approved General Plan Amendment <br /> application No. GP-93-02 to change the General Plan designation of 18.95 acres from <br /> AIG (General Agriculture) to RIL (Low Density Residential). On the same date, the <br /> Board of Supervisors approved Zone Reclassification application No. ZR-93-02 to <br /> change the zoning from AG-40 (General Agriculture- 40 acre minimum) to AU-20 <br /> (Agriculture Urban Reserve- 20 acre minimum).
