A raised median shall be installed at the State Highwgy HighwayRoute 12/88 and east access intersection to allow <br /> for right-turn-in and right-turn out movements only. The median shall be designed such that the Mira <br /> Vista lane connection on the north side of State Highway Route 12/88 at this intersection will have left- <br /> turn access to and from the highway. <br /> 25. Theapplicant/developer shall pay fair share contribution for the future kgUalization of State Highway <br /> Route 12/88 and Brandt Road.
