CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1000185 <br /> Lucchesi <br /> Lot Line Adjustmept Application No. PA-1000185 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 28, 2010, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 29, 2012, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated August 26, 2010. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance'.of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Developmen, Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors"W, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a ri; w contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The;Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment sfiall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been deemed <br /> complete. Filing Fees are required for this application.
