11.0 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> Abigail Racco, Registered Environmental Assessor (REA), received a bachelor's degree <br /> in chemistry from Columbia College in New York City. She has worked in the <br /> environmental field since 2002. Ms. Racco received 40 hours training in Hazardous <br /> Waste Operations and Emergency Response.
