,.r <br /> k <br /> J � <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1000120 <br /> Wiederrich <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1000120 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on June 21, 2010,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements small be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will 'iexpire on December 21, 2011, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if requlydd by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY QE1VELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff. Rick Griffin,{2091468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL:=This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the plan <br /> dated May 28, 2010. <br /> b. NOTICE OFLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyanceof property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
