6. THE RECLAMATION BOARD: (Staff Contact: Carol Redondo, (916)653-9898) <br /> a. A Reclamation Board permit is required prior to the start of any work, including excavation <br /> and construction activities, within the Bear Creek project fioodway, its levees, and within <br /> ten feet landward of the landside levee toes. (California Water Code, Section 8710) <br /> b. The Board does not permit the installation of pipelines or conduits parallel to the levee <br /> and within the levee section and within ten feet landward of the landside levee toes <br /> during the flood season from November 1 to April 15. <br /> 7. MOKELUMNE RURAL COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: (Staff Contact: Jerry Busby, 727- <br /> 0564) <br /> a. The project shall conform with standards of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> b. The project shall conform with the National Fire Protection Association standards, if <br /> applicable. i <br /> C. Fire department development fees shall be paid in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance and Resolution adopting the fee schedule (industrial/commercial (P <br /> $0.19 per square foot). <br /> d. Provide a fire department access road as required by standards of the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> e. The project shall conform with National Fire Protection Association 1231, Water Supplies <br /> for Suburban and Rural Fire Fighting. <br /> 8. PACIFIC GAS and ELECTRIC COMPANY: (Staff Contact: Randall S. Jaspar, 942-1650) <br /> a. The developer shall be responsible for costs associated with relocating any of PG&E's <br /> overhead electrical transmission facilities. <br /> b. Uses and construction in the utility easements shall be consistent with PG&E's <br /> Transmission Line Requirements. <br /> C. The Improvement Plan shall reflect the above requirements and shall be approved by <br /> PG&E prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> NOTE: On April 7, 1994, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-94-2 subject to the <br /> Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> i <br /> 3 <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - UP-94-2 <br />
