CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />UP -01-8 <br />Vintage Grapevine, Inc. <br />Ilse Permit Application No. UP -01-8 was approved by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br />on August 2, 2001. The effective date of approval is August 12, 2001. This approval will expire on <br />February 11, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions . <br />of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and <br />remain In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in <br />force. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br />prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br />followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br />cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements uiremenY may <br />application.
