00) <br /> F ' t <br /> F11 October 31, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05137A <br /> Fl. 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> F1No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on October 21, 2005. <br /> - 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> - a 2005 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Googlemaps. We counted the <br /> building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> Ficluster has one septic system.
