The owner needs to provide a copy of the Encroachment Permit or submit an application requesting approval for the driveway access. ib. Advertising signs within the immediate area outside the State right-of-way need to be cleared through the Caltrans Right-of-Way Division, Office of Outdoor Advertising. The project proponent must construct and maintain the advertising signs without access to the State Routes.
