BACKGROUND <br /> GENERAL <br /> The applicant proposes to divide an existing parcel of land comprising <br /> approximately 21.19 acres into 15 parcels. <br /> Morlan Civil Engineering has been retained by the applicant to investigate and <br /> evaluate soils and other pertinent conditions on the site and to generate <br /> recommendations for on-site waste water disposal for the parcels. This report <br /> presents the data and recommendations resulting from field investigations <br /> conducted by Morlan Civil Engineering in August and September, 2004, and by <br /> Chesney Consulting in January, 2005. This report has been prepared in <br /> accordance with the land division provisions of the San Joaquin County Rules <br /> and Regulations for On-Site Septic Systems. <br /> LOCATION <br /> This proposed subdivision is located at 18327 East State Highway 88, San <br /> Joaquin County. The parcel is designated as APN 019-220-026, Tract No. 3394, <br /> in San Joaquin County and is.a portion of Sections 15 and 22, T. 4N., R. 8E, <br /> M.D.B. & M. <br /> PARCEL OWNER <br /> Clements Oakridge Estates, LLC <br /> P.O. Box 1070 <br /> Woodbridge, CA 95258 <br /> WATER SUPPLY <br /> Domestic water will be provided by a public water well. <br /> II. SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> Our investigation of the proposed subdivision included profile trenching and <br /> percolation testing on the proposed parcels, followed by evaluation of the <br /> proposed disposal areas for topography, slope, and constraints such as drainage <br /> k courses, property boundaries and cut banks. Profile trenches were logged in <br /> accordance with the USDA soil classification system and indications of ground <br /> water(where present) were noted. <br /> Pagel <br />
