All 15 residential lots within the Clements Oakridge Estates development will be <br /> served by an individual septic system which will be constructed on each <br /> individual lot as approved by the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department <br /> to meet federal, state and local health standards. <br /> 2. The soil has been analyzed and percolation tests have been preformed that verify <br /> capacity to accommodate the septic systems as designed. <br /> 3. A comprehensive Nitrate Loading Study was completed to verify that the systems, <br /> as designed, will function properly and not impact surrounding properties. <br /> 4. A master septic design plan has been reviewed and deemed adequate for the <br /> location and soil type. <br /> 5. Individual septic systems will be required to have a Dual- Leach Field System and <br /> a mechanism to alternate field use at least twice a year. <br /> 6. Each lot will be required to process and comply with a Septic System Installation <br /> Permit prior to issuance of the Residential Building Permit. <br /> 7.
